Business Development Manager - Filtration

Position: Business Development Manager - Filtration (Permanent)
We are partnering with a well-established healthcare manufacturer known for delivering high-quality, innovative products within aseptic, medical & cleanroom settings, who are seeking a Business Development Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing filtration portfolio, driving new business and expanding key accounts on a national basis. You will collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams while working directly with customers to deliver tailored filtration solutions and grow market presence.

This is a full-time, permanent position, covering a national territory with a mix of field, home and office-based working.

Ideal Requirements

* Direct experience selling filtration products or filtration solutions is essential

* Track record of winning new business and growing territory revenue

* Strong stakeholder management and commercial presentation skills

Role Responsibilities

* Grow sales and market share across a specialist filtration portfolio through targeted business development activity

* Proactively open new accounts and expand existing customers through strategic, value-led engagement

* Own territory performance through structured planning, pipeline management, and accurate reporting
