Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Dunstable and Houghton Regis, £12.85ph – Reference: OR7371
- You will be dealing with phone and email enquiries from tenants and residents about matters relating to their tenancies.
- We will provide you with full support and training in managing these processes using our standard procedures and documents.
This is a hybrid office based position, 37 hrs per week (Mon
-Fri).
You will be asked to work from different office locations in Dunstable and Houghton Regis.
Below is a quick summary of some of the roles and responsibilities this job entails:
- Being the first point of contact for the service
- Managing the day to day administration of tenant enquiries
- Updating housing database and saving documents to Share point files
This is a full time role on a Temporary basis.
