We are seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic for an on-site position located in Dunnellon, FL. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy equipment and vehicles. This role involves diagnosing mechanical and technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring equipment and machinery operate efficiently and safely. Collaboration with team members to minimize downtime and optimize performance will be a key part of daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Equipment Repair processes
• Hands-on experience with Heavy Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance
• Strong abilities in diagnosing and Troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues
• Knowledge of safety standards, protocols, and compliance requirements for heavy machinery
• Technical certifications or vocational training in automotive or heavy equipment maintenance are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
