Armed Security Officer - Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site leadership and/or dispatch to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and receiving areas, checking credentials, verifying deliveries, and directing foot and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with on-site personnel, and contacting local emergency services when needed.;
Complete detailed reports for incidents, patrol findings, and maintenance hazards, and communicate security-related updates to supervisors and/or client representatives.
