What You’ll Be Doing
  • Recruit, motivate and retain high‑performing associates
  • Coach to improve morale and facilitate personal growth
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to cultivate a welcoming, team‑focused environment
  • Plan and execute production schedules, overseeing production processes
  • Ensure assigned shipping bays are ready for loading teams within allotted time frames
  • Communicate effectively with associates and all levels of management
  • Identify and celebrate operational successes; develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities and address areas of improvement
  • Manage department budget, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
  • Strategically manage operations in compliance with company policies and vision
  • Initiate and coordinate compliance of operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent
  • Four years of warehouse experience, including two years in warehouse department management
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong leadership skills, flexible and innovative with a collaborative style
  • Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, walk for prolonged periods and lift 50 lbs repeatedly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Ability to submit to a drug test and background investigation
