Breakfast Attendant Role

Specific Duties and Expectations
  • Table Manicure: clear and sanitize tables after each guest departure.
  • Consistent Set‑up: set buffet area each morning per directive.
  • Kitchen Checklist: fully clean kitchen per daily checklist.
  • Food Safety: follow daily food safety measures.
  • Buffet Management: keep area stocked and clean until breakfast period ends.
SECTION THREE:
Success Metrics
  • Happy Guests: guest satisfaction scores / intent to return.
  • Spotless Cleanliness: GM/AGM spot checks, leadership walk‑throughs, guest reviews.
  • Product Consistency & Quality: checklist tracking, performance ratings.

SECTION FOUR:
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality or service franchise preferred.
  • Can‑Do Attitude: positive attitude, willingness to learn.
  • Follow Guidelines: understand and follow established guidelines.
  • Handle Pace and Pressure: work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
  • Listening, Conflict Resolution: effective listening, clarity, and resolution with coworkers and guests.
  • Communication

  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • Schedule and Travel: willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Clock‑in/Out: arrive, clock‑in on time, and clock‑out at scheduled shift ending unless directed.
  • Breaks: clock in/out for breaks at designated times.
  • Call Outs: provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shift.
Physical Working Demands & Working Environment
  • Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods (3‑4 Hours).
  • Type on computers and operate devices, do 10‑key operation, dial telephone.
  • Bend, stoop, crouch, lift and transport food boxes up to 25 lbs.
  • Inspect and observe details at close range.
Language + Reasoning Skills
  • Read, write, understand and communicate effectively using English.
