Breakfast Attendant Role
Specific Duties and Expectations
- Table Manicure: clear and sanitize tables after each guest departure.
- Consistent Set‑up: set buffet area each morning per directive.
- Kitchen Checklist: fully clean kitchen per daily checklist.
- Food Safety: follow daily food safety measures.
- Buffet Management: keep area stocked and clean until breakfast period ends.
Success Metrics
- Happy Guests: guest satisfaction scores / intent to return.
- Spotless Cleanliness: GM/AGM spot checks, leadership walk‑throughs, guest reviews.
- Product Consistency & Quality: checklist tracking, performance ratings.
- Teamwork: performance ratings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or service franchise preferred.
- Can‑Do Attitude: positive attitude, willingness to learn.
- Follow Guidelines: understand and follow established guidelines.
- Handle Pace and Pressure: work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
- Listening, Conflict Resolution: effective listening, clarity, and resolution with coworkers and guests.
- Communication
Skills:
convey information clearly. - Hospitality and Guest Service: desire to serve all guests.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Schedule and Travel: willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Clock‑in/Out: arrive, clock‑in on time, and clock‑out at scheduled shift ending unless directed.
- Breaks: clock in/out for breaks at designated times.
- Call Outs: provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shift.
- Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods (3‑4 Hours).
- Type on computers and operate devices, do 10‑key operation, dial telephone.
- Bend, stoop, crouch, lift and transport food boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Inspect and observe details at close range.
- Read, write, understand and communicate effectively using English.
