Overview
Now Hiring Experienced Office Administrator/ Receptionist to join our fast-paced office.
In this role, you will be essential in managing front desk operations and providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize your organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle clerical tasks, manage phone communications, and assist with administrative duties.
Responsibilities- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Interacting with applicants, vendors, employees, and office management
- Maintaining the online calendar and contacts
- Onboarding new hires and scheduling testing
- Ordering and distributing office and PPE supplies
- Scheduling job site materials
- Ordering services and pickups for all jobs
- Requesting CCTV, permits, bacteria samples, and lien agents
- Working with a Purchase Order system, processing invoices
We are looking for candidates with strong communication and organizational skills, who are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and computer savvy. Bilingual skills are a plus. Your bilingual abilities and experience with multi-line phone systems will enhance communication with diverse clients. By leveraging your skills in data entry, calendar management, and customer support, you will contribute to a well-organized and efficient office environment.
