Our Engineering client in Dungannon is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage transport coordination, freight costings, and compliance within a busy multi-brand logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main contact for all logistics coordination.
• Arrange transport across multiple sites.
• Obtain and maintain freight rates and costings.
• Prepare export documentation in line with legislation and carrier requirements.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Handle customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and clear order updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ admin experience.
• 5 GCSEs (incl. Maths & English, Grade C+).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and work well in a team.

Desirable:

• Experience in high-volume, global shipping.
• Knowledge of customs formalities and Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with heavy haulage and Ro-Ro transport.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks.
