VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Systems Co Ordinator for a leading Global Manufacturing organisation.

Monday - Friday - Permanent role - Office is based in Dungannon

This role is in-person and comes with an option of a 4 or 5 day working week.
Salary:
Negotiable Base Salary + Fantastic Benefits Package - Yearly Salary Reviews - Discretionary Bonuses & Progression
Responsibilities- Reporting to the Manufacturing Systems Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing systems, processes and procedures to maximise safety, quality and delivery and to minimize cost, whilst ensuring control and a good flow of information between various departments.
- Safeguard the integrity of material management and information flow by adhering to standard work and best-practice processes.
- Utilize manufacturing system procedures to continuously enhance data accuracy and overall system performance.
- Oversee and sustain the company's material management system to ensure alignment with material flow requirements and broader business objectives.
- Champion a data-driven mindset within the Production Control function.
- Execute, validate, and maintain precise system transactions to enable operational excellence.
- Plan and coordinate production communications to deliver timely and accurate updates.
- Enable effective cross-functional information flow to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Experience working with an MRP-style system (desirable).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly within Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
