Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland Salary: £35,000 per annum Shift: Day shift
Role SummaryThe Production Supervisor oversees multiple production lines, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and consistent product quality. You will manage line leaders and staff while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production teams and line leaders
- Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
- Maintain production records, KPIs, and reports
- Support staff development and training
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of production KPIs, workflow, and compliance
