Manufacturing Systems Lead

This will be based in the Company's site in Dungannon - Permanent Role - Monday - Friday

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Leader to join a global industrial equipment manufacturer at its Dungannon facility. Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, this role will involve leading a specialist team responsible for manufacturing and production systems, playing a key part in driving operational excellence across the organisation.

• Lead and develop a team to ensure system integrity and data compliance within production control
• Create and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and sales forecasts
• Oversee inventory levels, spare parts, and ancillary orders to support manufacturing operations
• Promote a strong, data-led culture across the department
• Establish, maintain, and train teams on standard work processes
• Investigate system discrepancies through root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• At least 3 years' experience working with MRP systems
• Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• High level of IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
