We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Pilgrim’s Europe
- Moy Park
. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products within your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Working hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm, Saturday - Sunday, Team

• Carry out processing duties.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an excellent level of work consistency.
• Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
• Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
• Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

• Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
• Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
• Report incidents or hazards immediately.

• Ability to read and write
• Numeracy skills
• Good communication skills
• English language proficiency

• Good interpersonal skills
• A food hygiene qualification
• Awareness of food processing industry standards
• Knife-handling experience
• Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment
• Data recording or computer/keyboard skills
