The company is looking for highly skilled, motivated and driven individuals to be based at our Dungannon Primary Site. Candidates must be determined and committed, able to impact performance and contribute to the company’s future growth.

• Boning and trimming beef
• Working knowledge of customer specifications
• Reporting any product that does not conform to specification to the Supervisor
• Ensuring production runs efficiently by working as a team
• Maintaining Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
• Any other ad‑hoc duties required

• Previous experience of working in the food industry
• Good knife skills
• Good communication and team‑working skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative while working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service

• Previous experience of boning or trimming beef would be advantageous
