As a valued member of our Cutting Shop team, you will play a vital role in the production process. You will be responsible for ensuring all components are cut accurately and on schedule, helping the business meet its production targets and maintain the highest quality standards.

• Read and understand engineering drawings
• Operate the press brake machine to bend and shape metal to specification
• Inspect fresh sheet metal for any imperfections or quality issues
• Monitor metal quality as it is being shaped and identify and report drawing errors
• Meet set targets while working on the production line Adhere to strict quality targets
• Unload components onto pallets and label correctly
• Carry out routine maintenance and calibration of machines
• Work as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance to all general site rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Any other duties as required by management to suit business needs
• Adhere to our ISO 9001 Quality management system
• Adhere to company health and safety procedures

Monday – Thursday, 6 pm to 6 am (12‑hour shifts)

Overtime is paid after 41.5 hours, with a competitive rate and a 20% night‑shift allowance.
