Job Role: Workshop Manager in Dungannon
Our client are an established enginerring / refurbishment business with a reputation for the highest quality products and customer service. They are currently recruiting a Workshop Manager.
Responsibilities- Overall management of all workshop staff and schedule works in accordance with WIP.
- Planning and controlling the activities and resources necessary to achieve daily targets and to meet specified KPI’s within the Workshop.
- Daily morning meeting to discuss WIP with all staff and deadlines communicated.
- Ensure all quotes are passed to Operations Admin Team to be completed within the agreed time frame of 48 hours from arrival. (ops coordinator processes for customer submission.
- Regular updates with Operations Admin Team to ensure the accuracy/reliability of the yard planner.
- Full accountability for all jobs that are undertaken with the yard, manage time and parts that are used.
- Coordinate with the Operations Coordinator with regards any driving needs required.
- Identify any jobs that require additional assistance and delegate accordingly.
- Full quality control to be completed on all projects before and after.
- Resolve customer issues addressed by operation coordinator if needed.
- Coordinate with Operations Admin Team regarding needed stock.
- Minimum 3 years management experoence in a similar position
