Our client, an established business with with interests spanning several sectors, are committed to modernising their operations and are seeking an experienced AI specialist to help harness the power of artificial intelligence to improve overall effectiveness, efficiency, and client experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced business at a pivotal point in its digital transformation journey. You will conduct a full review of current operations and implement AI-driven solutions across four key areas, with the goal of reducing manual workload, improving response times, cutting costs, and delivering a better experience for our clients.

• Conduct a thorough review of current workflows, systems, tools, and pain points across all departments.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce manual work, or enhance customer outcomes.
• Develop a prioritised AI implementation roadmap with clear timelines, costs, and expected ROI.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in plain, accessible language.
• Implement findings into the business effectively
• Monitor and assess the implementation to ensure systems and processes are being maintained
• Work with senior management to ensure minimal disruption through out the process

• Proven experience delivering AI or digital transformation projects in a business environment.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools such as Zapier or Make, CRM/AI integrations).
• Ability to conduct a business process audit and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Experience implementing chatbots, workflow automation, or document processing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
