Job Title: Trainer
Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum
Shift: Day shift
The Trainer is responsible for delivering operational and compliance training to ensure the workforce is competent, safe, and compliant with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver induction and ongoing training for staff
- Maintain training records and competency matrices
- Assess and monitor staff performance
- Support managers in identifying training needs
- Deliver refresher and compliance training as required
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of operational and safety standards
