Chestnut Lodge Care Home is a supportive environment for up to 40 residents located in the peaceful countryside near Benburb, County Tyrone. We specialize in Dementia, general nursing, and physical disability care.

Kitchen Assistant – essential in ensuring residents receive high‑quality meals and dining experiences.

• Ensure catering stock and equipment is stored and accounted for in accordance with company Safe Catering standards.
• Deliver meals and catering supplies to units in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with basic food preparation under direction.
• Ensure cleaning of kitchen, catering and servery areas meets Safe Catering standards.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the home, complying with statutory regulations.
• Undertake other duties as designated by the Chef or Cook.

• Right to work in the UK.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Previous catering, kitchen or food preparation experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Experience in a care home or healthcare environment.
