Essentially, your job will be to lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives across manufacturing, analysing processes, implementing data-driven solutions, and embedding standardised, right-first-time ways of working.
You Will Be:
Leading and supporting engineering-led improvement projects to improve efficiency, capacity, and output Analysing production processes and implementing practical engineering solutions Developing and standardising quality procedures, control plans, and process standards Working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, design, and supply chain teams Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards Should You Apply? Experience delivering engineering or process improvement projects in manufacturing Strong lean manufacturing and structured problem-solving capability A hands-on, solutions-driven approach on the shop floor Experience /
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing, CI, or Industrial Engineering Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, and assembly
Experience with quality systems, process control, and standardisation Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Experience using Solid Works or similar CAD software Benefits for You:
