To mark this exciting milestone, we’re recruiting a Škoda Product Specialist who can deliver a customer experience as exceptional as our new showrooms and vehicle ranges.

In This RoleWhat is a Product Specialist?
Think of yourself as a guide; a brand ambassador. The person who makes a customer’s journey memorable, exciting and simple.
- Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Škoda
- Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
- Become an expert in the full Škoda range
- Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
- Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise

Candidate CriteriaRequired Criteria
- Right to Work in the UK
- Full Valid Drivers Licence
- Educated to GCSE level with 5 passes to include English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
