To mark this exciting milestone, we’re recruiting a Škoda Product Specialist who can deliver a customer experience as exceptional as our new showrooms and vehicle ranges.

In This Role

What is a Product Specialist?
Think of yourself as a guide; a brand ambassador. The person who makes a customer’s journey memorable, exciting and simple.

  • Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Škoda
  • Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
  • Become an expert in the full Škoda range
  • Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
  • Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise

  • Full Valid Drivers Licence
  • Educated to GCSE level with 5 passes to include English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
