Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Coalisland Up to £50k (negotiable DOE) Permanent/Full-Time We have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, growing Modular Build contractor to support the commercial management of projects from pre-contract to final account. What you'll be doing:
Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects from start to completion. Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, valuations, and financial reports. Procure and commercially manage subcontractors and supplier packages. Monitor project costs, manage variations, and support applications and final accounts. Work closely with project and site teams to ensure effective cost control and reporting. What you'll bring:
Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred). Good knowledge of contracts - NEC/JCT Strong commercial awareness, organisation, and attention to detail. In return:
