We are seeking a Construction Equipment Coordinator to oversee and manage the dispatch and return of equipment and supplies to our various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the material requirements of various construction sites.

- Coordinate the delivery of construction materials and equipment by liaising with site supervisors, sub- contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery to site.
- Manage loading and unloading of transportation to and from various sites.
- Maintain clear communication with all involved via phone, correspondence, and regular updates.
- Provide support to the sites by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any logistical problems.
- Ensure the upkeep of inventory records by booking out and booking in materials and equipment in the company systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during shipping & receiving activities on-site.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets related to logistics and supply chain performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry tasks with high accuracy; typing speed is advantageous.
- Experience in construction or related industries.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines
