Supply Chain Administrator

Administrator to join their growing team.

• £13+ per hour

You'll be joining an established organisation operating within a fast‑paced manufacturing and supply chain setting. The business works closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal sales teams to ensure materials are delivered on time and in line with demand.

• Strong IT skills, including intermediate‑level Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience using operating systems, ideally Sage Line 200
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident problem‑solver with a proactive, strategic mindset
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
• Strong administrative capability
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Clear and confident communicator

• Monitor component orders to ensure deliveries remain on track
• Communicate regularly with the sales team on availability versus demand
• Assess and track supplier acknowledgement and performance
• Progress and monitor purchase orders through to delivery
• Coordinate logistics and monitor shipment performance
• Support general administrative tasks within the purchasing function
