The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing proof of delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to our systems. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

• Process and verify proof of delivery documents.
• Update and maintain accurate records in our database.
• Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any delivery discrepancies.
• Generate and distribute delivery reports to relevant departments.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
