Office Administrator/ Coordinator, PR / Communications
Coalisland Training Services (CTS) is seeking a Marketing & Administration Assistant to support the delivery of high‑quality training and community programmes. Working closely with the CTS Management Team, you will help coordinate marketing campaigns, manage digital communications, carry out general administrative duties, and provide support to participants. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining positive relationships between CTS and our stakeholders, partners, and the wider community.
This is an excellent opportunity to apply your creative, organisational, and communication skills while contributing to CTS's projects, learner programmes, events, and engagement activities.
- Help with basic office tasks like filing, photocopying, printing and organising documents.
- Support with social media by helping create simple posts and gathering photos or updates.
- Assist with making posters and graphics using easy‑to‑use design tools.
- Welcome visitors and learners and direct them to the right person.
- Help set up for events such as open days, workshops and activities.
- Update noticeboards and displays around the centre.
- Support staff with attendance checks and simple admin tasks.
- Help collect feedback or information for reports and updates.
- Work as part of the CTS team, helping wherever needed.
- Follow CTS policies including safeguarding, GDPR and health & safety.
- Take part in training to build your skills in admin, communication and digital media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with learners, staff, employers and stakeholders.
- A flexible, team‑focused approach, demonstrating a commitment to collaborative working, high‑quality service and strong overall team performance.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva, Publisher or similar platforms for creating promotional materials.
- Familiarity with Mac Operating Systems.
