Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Dungannon. A well-established accountancy practice in Dungannon is seeking a proactive and experienced Management Accountant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key financial reporting and support strategic decision-making across a diverse client base.

The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager/Partner, you will play a pivotal role in preparing management accounts, analysing financial performance, and providing insightful reporting to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts for clients Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Cash flow monitoring and reporting Supporting month-end and year-end processes Liaising with clients regarding financial queries Assisting with VAT, payroll, and other regulatory submissions as required Supporting junior team members and contributing to process improvements About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or working towards full qualification Proven experience in management accounting within an accountancy practice Strong experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Highly organised with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work in a reputable and growing local practice Exposure to a variety of clients and accounting challenges Supportive, professional team environment
