Retail Minibus Driver

Overview

Retail Minibus Driver role based in Dunfermline with a company-provided minibus. Salary: £13.73 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). Immediate start available.

• Oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
• Travel to different retail customer sites and stores; certain locations may have minibus transport provided.
• Follow correct processes when notifying your count team of pick-up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, attendance, and bus arrival times on site.
• On site, ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods; use of access equipment may be required to reach high stock.

• Full Driving Licence is required.
• Willing to work unsociable hours (early mornings or night shifts); minimum age 21.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing technology; stock handling experience is an advantage but not essential.
