Overview

Senior Marketing Executive - Dunfermline. Relentless focus on product excellence and customer experience is at the heart of CR Smith. As we pursue a major growth strategy for 2026, an opportunity has arisen for a senior marketing specialist with design experience to join our dynamic marketing team, working specifically with the Commercial CR Smith brand. Based in Dunfermline, our fast-paced department needs an additional marketing specialist and designer who can produce high quality collateral for a diverse range of projects within our growing commercial team.

This is a brand new and varied role where you will work closely with our proactive business development teams to contribute towards business growth and brand awareness, as well as providing design support to internal stakeholders across the business. You will work autonomously on specific projects, manage your own time efficiently, and report directly to director level.

• Graphic design background and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in working with senior management teams, strategy ideas including website design and upgrade
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, delivering to changing deadlines
• Knowledge of Word Press and video creation/editing would be a real advantage
• Positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for design with the ability to take the initiative

• Offline collateral, including postcards, brochures, exhibition stands, staff training materials, internal stationery and workwear
• Digital media assets for the company website, landing pages, sales support materials, and online advertising
• Update website content via Word Press content management system
• Planning and implementation of incentives and exhibitions within the commercial team

Salary up to £40,000

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
