Hygiene Operative

Overview

Brightwork has a fantastic opportunity for Hygiene Operatives to join a world-leading salmon production facility based in Rosyth, near Dunfermline.

Rate of pay for Hygiene Dayshift is £12.62 per hour, with overtime paid at £18.93 per hour. Rate of pay for Hygiene Night shift is £14.46 per hour, with overtime paid at £21.69 per hour.

This is a full‑time position, working on a 2‑2‑3 shift pattern: 06:00am to 18:30pm.

Week 1:
Monday and Tuesday working, off Wednesday and Thursday, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Week 2:
Off Monday and Tuesday, working Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be cleaning production equipment and all surfaces using chemicals and high-pressure washers, and general upkeep of the production areas.

Some manual handling is required.

Our perfect worker will be able to work on their own and as part of a team in a fast‑paced cold environment and must be physically fit and able to stand on their feet for a 12.5‑hour shift.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
