Onsite Coordinator; Part Time

Due to continued business growth, Be Personnel is recruiting for a Part‑Time On‑Site Coordinator to join our team based at our on‑site office in Rosyth. This is a fantastic ongoing temporary role for someone flexible, organised, and eager to grow within a supportive team.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated On‑Site Coordinator to support recruitment operations for one of our industry‑leading clients in Fife. You will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day on‑site activities and ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all on‑site recruitment needs
• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
• Produce regular reports and updates for the client
• Address issues or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• Strong administrative background is essential
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Flexible and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
