We’re partnering with a respected, employee‑owned civil engineering consultancy in Dunfermline, and they’re on the lookout for a Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up or take on a more well‑rounded role. The company is deeply involved in delivering infrastructure design for residential developments, working alongside leading developers on major projects across the region. It’s a role with variety, responsibility, and progression built‑in.

You’ll be producing detailed designs across drainage, highways and earthworks, while also reviewing and supporting the work of junior engineers. You’ll be involved in technical outputs such as:

• Surface and foul water drainage (inc. SuDS)
• Highway layouts and estate roads
• Pavement and levels design
• Cut and fill / earthworks strategies
• Utility planning and coordination
• Section 38, 278, 104, 106 packages

• Consultancy background with civil infrastructure design experience
• Solid understanding of UK sectional agreements (S38, S278, S104 etc.)
• Proficiency in relevant design software – Civil 3D, PDS, Site 3D, Micro Drainage / Info Drainage or similar
