Administrative Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to provide front line administrative support in a primary school, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. You have specific responsibility for Financial and Devolved School Management issues, responding to changes in IT systems, and supervision and development of Clerical Assistant(s). You are responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the school office.

• Provide front line administrative support in a primary school, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors.
• Have responsibility for Financial and Devolved School Management issues, respond to changes in IT systems, and supervise and develop Clerical Assistant(s).
• Be responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the school office.

• HNC or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 7, in a relevant discipline.
• Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
