Production Operative

Our client, a bottling company are seeking a Production Operative in Dundonald. The primary responsibilities of this role include packing bottles into boxes and supporting machine operators with day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation of our production processes. Within this role there are opportunities to raise your profile and get trained in the art of machine operation.

• Inspecting and packing bottles into boxes to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Support machine operators by assisting with machine set up, operation and maintenance as required.
• Identify and rework incorrect finished products to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Perform general day to day duties to support production operations, such as cleaning work area’s, organising materials and assisting with Inventory management.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain production records and documentation accurately.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferable.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment.

This Production Operative role is in Dundonald, Northern Ireland.
