  • Contract Type: Permanent Full Time
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm)
  • Salary: £27,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech‑savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co‑ordinator/Vehicle Progressor and support our sales function. The role will involve organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles, and ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Additionally, you will load and maintain our used‑car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily for our website and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily.
  • Creating CitNOW videos for our customers.
  • Organising vehicles on site to make them presentable for customers.
  • Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses.
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
  • Ensuring the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
Qualifications
  • Prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast‑paced premium environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business.
  • A full clean driving licence is a must.
