We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Electrician to join a high‑performing engineering team supporting industrial and energy‑sector facilities across the North East, based from our client’s site in Dundee. This role is for someone who takes pride in safe, compliant, and high‑quality electrical maintenance and who naturally leads by example on site.

- Fault finding and reactive repairs
- Electrical installation and upgrade works
- Technical guidance and site support
You’ll also act as a key electrical point of contact within the engineering team, helping maintain standards and ensuring work is carried out correctly and safely.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Delivering high‑quality electrical maintenance across industrial environments
- Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently to minimise downtime
- Supporting improvement and upgrade projects
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with electrical regulations and site safety standards
- Overseeing safe systems of work, isolations and permit processes
- Working collaboratively with mechanical and multi‑skilled engineers
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- Supporting service delivery across multiple North East sites
This is a mobile role across the region based from the Dundee site, but there is no on‑call rota attached to this position.
What We’re Looking For- Qualified Electrician (18th Edition essential)
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, energy or similar environments
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Good understanding of compliance‑led maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary up to £42,000
- Stable, long‑term contract environment
