We are seeking reliable and experienced Ducters to support refurbishment works in Dundee. The role includes planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and installation tasks to ensure a safe, functional and high‑quality living environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Install or replace dcting as required.
* Ensure all work meets current safety standards and site compliance requirements.
* Liaise with site managers, maintenance teams, and residents in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials used, and time spent.
* Adhere to all health & safety procedures and report any hazards
