Security Officer

Kingdom Group have a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join the team, working at a supported living site in Dundee, DD1.

Dundee, DD1 area.

We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP.

£12.21 per hour

On average 36 hours per week, various days and shifts as per site requirements. Shift times are 17:30-05:00/ 22:00-08:15/ 08:15-16:00.

• To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Signing visitors in/out of building.
• Ensuring the security of clients and the project is maintained by completing hourly patrols and recording appropriately, by monitoring CCTV and completing notes and clients and visitors movements.
• Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures.
• To report any out of hours emergency repairs.
• Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
• To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff.
• Complete incident reports if required.
• Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor.

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A valid SIA licence or be in the process of applying for one.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
• An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
• Own transport is preferred.
