Next Energy are rapidly scaling our solar & battery division – and we’re looking for driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated salespeople to join us as we grow.

We help homeowners make the switch to clean, affordable energy – and we want people who are confident speaking with customers, great at building relationships, and motivated by hitting targets and achieving results.

• Speaking to warm leads – no cold calling
• Running online consultations to understand customer needs
• Putting together tailored solar solutions
• Managing your pipeline and following up with customers
• Hitting targets and earning great commission
• Giving every customer a great experience

• Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
• 1+ year of sales experience (renewables is a plus but not essential)
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
• Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools
• Quick to build trust and rapport
