Your RoleAs a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be the face ofSWOZIin your assigned region (Northwest or Southeast England ). You are not just asalesperson,but a trusted advisor and technical expert who guides customers frominitialcontact through to ongoing service. Your mission is todemonstratethe benefits of our unique solution with enthusiasm andexpertiseand to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Lead Generation:
Activelyacquirenew customers, generate leads, and developsalesterritory within your assigned region. - Product Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling live demonstrations of our line-marking robots on-site for potential clients. - Customer Onboarding:
Train and empower customers to use our systems, ensuringsmoothimplementation. - First-Level Support:
Provide technical support and proactiveassistanceto our customers. - Maintenance and Service:
Perform routine maintenance onthe robotsand provide occasional line-marking services. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent service and proactive communication. - Independent Work:
Work autonomously, in a structured manner, and with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Technical Aptitude:
Youpossessa strong technical understanding and the ability tocomprehendand explain complex products. Experience in mechanics, electronics, or robotics is a plus. - Sales-Driven Mindset:
You have a proven sales mentality and the ability to presentpersuasiveand close deals. - Customer-Focused:
You are friendly, competent, and helpful. You understand your customers' needs and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. - Flexibility & Travel:
You are prepared to travel extensively within your sales territory. - Team Player:
You fully embrace theSWOZIbrand and actively contribute to the team's success. - Language
Skills:
Fluent English proficiency(C1or higher) is mandatory.
