Role:
Territory Account Manager – Scotland
We are currently supporting a fast-growing business in the automotive services sector that provides industry‑leading tech and marketing solutions across the UK. They’re looking for an experienced Field Sales professional to manage and grow a territory across Scotland, focusing on bringing new partners onboard while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Role OverviewThis position suits someone driven, organised and confident in both new business and account management. You’ll be the face of the company within your region, building long‑term partnerships, increasing market presence and ensuring garages get real value from the services provided.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and win new independent partners within the territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Plan and oversee your territory to maximise opportunities and revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract completion.
- Provide excellent customer service and understand the needs of each garage.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date to track pipeline and performance.
- Represent the business professionally as a brand ambassador in your region.
- Proven success in field sales, including new business acquisition and account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Able to work independently, plan your own diary and manage a large territory.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable travelling daily (up to 90‑minute radius or occasional overnights).
- Experience selling advertising, digital solutions or marketing products.
- Understanding of the motor trade or aftermarket sector.
