Position: Internal Sales Executive (Permanent)
We’re on the lookout for an Internal Sales Executive to become a key part of our technically led, consultative sales operation.
If you enjoy blending technical understanding with commercial drive, and want to help shape high quality projects across multiple sectors, this role is for you.
You’ll be joining a technology integration specialist delivering smart, sustainable solutions that enhance how people experience real world spaces — including fitness clubs, hotels, leisure centres, workplaces, and public sector environments.

You’ll play a central part in solution-led selling, qualifying opportunities, supporting key accounts, and producing accurate, technically sound quotations.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Technical Development, Project Teams, and key stakeholders while managing smaller opportunities end to end.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving revenue growth through small deal sales and pipeline support

• Handling inbound and outbound sales activity via phone, email, and digital channels

• Creating accurate, technically robust quotations

• Qualifying leads and shaping early stage opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Collaborating with Technical Development and Key Account Managers to deliver the right solutions

• Producing scopes, proposals, and sales documentation

• Maintaining accurate CRM data and sales pipelines

• Supporting product led campaigns and standalone initiatives

• Identifying cross sell opportunities and emerging market trends

What You’ll Bring
Essential

• Experience in internal sales, technical sales support, or a similar commercial/technical role

• Audio visual knowledge and confidence discussing technical solutions

• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A proactive, organised, solutions focused approach

• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
Highly Desirable
Experience in one or more of the following:

• DMX feature/effect lighting

• Aerial, satellite & signal distribution systems

• Voice & data infrastructure

• Access control systems (smart cards, wearables, mobile credentials)

• IP telephony or unified communications
Nice to Have

• Experience with quoting tools

• A clean, relevant UK driving licence
