Frontline Customer Support – Utilita Energy

Location: Ayrshire, Motherwell, Aberdeen & Dundee

Salary: £26,208 basic plus uncapped commission

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

As a Frontline Customer Support agent you will be the face of Utilita, attending new and existing customers’ homes to sell the benefits of our products and services. Your duties also include meter reads, updating customer information and booking meter installs.

• Guaranteed basic salary
• Uncapped commission earnings – 15 Live fuels per week at £25.00 per fuel (£375.00 commission)
• Guaranteed minimum earnings on commission for the first 4 weeks to get you started (Terms & Conditions Apply)
• 4‑day virtual training induction programme with all equipment & uniform provided

• Proven track record in face‑to‑face sales environment.
• Confident communicator with strong objection handling.
• Tech savvy and comfortable using a tablet or handheld device.
