As a Customer Team Leader, you'll help maintain our high standards while supporting your store colleagues to be their best. You'll assist the Store Manager and make sure your store is always safe. You'll lead a large team of Store Managers across around 20 stores. You'll inspire your team to deliver a great customer experience, drive sales, and contribute to their communities. This is about more than managing stores - you'll help to bring our strategies to life through exciting projects and programmes. This role involves delivering shopping to customers' homes, so you'll need a full UK driving licence and to have been driving for at least 3 years.

• A full UK driving license held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points

• Pick and pack our customers' orders, then deliver them to their doorsteps, representing Co-op out on the road as a safe and considerate driver
• Make sure your delivery vehicle is safe and compliant, conducting daily checks to ensure it's in good working order
• Lend a hand in the store when you're not on the road, serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and helping your colleagues solve problems
