THE ROLE of Sales Assistant / Consultant

SALES ASSISTANT Teams are our ambassadors of these magical moments, and the heart of our business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT(S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Dundee store
.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 8 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both.

If you come from a retail assistant, sales assistant, or customer service background & love putting a smile on customers’ faces, leaving them with magical moments they'll never forget, then we'd love to hear from you.

• Provide friendly, knowledge‑based assistance to customers
• Offer product insight and recommendations during in‑store events and personal shopping experiences
• Act as a consultant for parent‑to‑be events and car‑seat consultations
• Help guide customers along their unique parenting journey

• Retail assistant, sales assistant or customer service experience
• Ability to build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
• Passion for helping customers and creating memorable moments
