A leading fuel solutions company is seeking a Quality Inspection Lead to lead a team in ensuring quality standards. This role focuses on management rather than technical expertise, coordinating inspection processes and setting team objectives.
Responsibilities- Lead a team to ensure quality standards are met across inspection processes.
- Coordinate inspection workflows and timelines to align with production schedules.
- Set and communicate team objectives, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience managing teams.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
