Board Members For Cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company (CFRC)

Cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company is a charitable subsidiary of Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd and is recruiting to fill vacancies on our Board of Directors. CFRC is looking for passionate and dedicated people to become members of our Board of Directors and play a role in steering the organisation’s future growth. As a Director, you will play a vital role in providing strategic leadership, ensuring strong governance, and supporting CFRC to deliver positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

We’re excited to hear from people who bring passion and expertise in areas such as sustainability, environmental issues, reuse and recycling, or retail. If you’re driven to make a positive impact and help shape a greener future, we’d love to have you involved. Previous board experience is welcome but not essential. We value diversity of background, perspective and lived experience, and are committed to building an inclusive Board.

CFRC actively promotes diversity and inclusion and as such we welcome all applications.

Candidates should be able to commit to four meetings per year, normally held on a Thursday at 2.00 pm. Board meetings are held in our head office in Ardrossan, however we also have the facilities to allow members to join remotely. Other participation and training opportunities may also be available throughout the year. Positions on our Board are voluntary, but travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
