Print Finisher

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Print Finisher to join our client’s busy production environment. This role involves finishing, checking and packing printed products to a high standard and working as part of a fast‑paced, supportive team.

• Operate a range of print finishing equipment (e.g. guillotines, folders, stitching lines, laminators)
• Follow standard operating procedures to achieve high‑quality output
• Check work regularly throughout the finishing process
• Maintain productivity in line with team KPIs
• Keep accurate records of work completed
• Carry out daily safety checks and ensure machinery is kept clean and safe
• Report any breakdowns or faults promptly
• Support packing, despatch and other production areas when needed
• Follow all quality, health & safety and environmental procedures (ISO standards)
• Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages
• Attend daily stand‑ups and team meetings

• Experience in a similar production or print finishing role (desirable)
• Enthusiastic, reliable and a strong team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Desire to work efficiently and resolve issues quickly
