This role will be based at 9 Millbank, an exclusive riverside residential development which comprises 201 Grade II listed homes in the heart of Westminster. The development boasts a wealth of luxurious facilities including a pool, spa, gym and cinema, as well as 24-hour concierge.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
You will have a prime luxury residential or hotel background working in a similar managerial role responsible for managing the front of house operations, managing services, parcels, keys and ensuring a timely service to residents. Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-end quality customer service for residents, tenants and guests, and handle day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner. You will have experience working closely with management to ensure SOPs are adhered to and improve policies and procedures.

You will ensure a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols, uploading compliance documentation and ensuring any actions are reported to the relevant parties and rectified. As a leader you will be responsible for managing your teams performance, appraisals, training, development, rotas (holiday, sickness) and any ER related matters in conjunction with the required parties.

Youll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. Youll lead, engage and inspire others. Responsible for managing the work permits and supervising contractors whilst they are on site. You are able to work in a fast paced and dynamic working environment, multitasking, organised and able to think on your You know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment.

Acting as the main point of contact for all queries You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
