Location: WELLGATE SHOPPING CENTRE, Dundee

Shift Pattern:
Any 5 of 7 days as per 6-week rolling rota. Varying shift times, 42.5 hours per week

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Role overview and purpose

Cleaning operative will ensure exemplary standards of cleaning and Customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Gladly interact with all visitors/tenants within the shopping centre, delivering first class customer focused service.
• Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the shopping centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise.
• Ensure radio procedures are always adhered to.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.
• Complete all training requirements as requested by your line manager.
• Be flexible for overtime cover if required.
• Carry out various cleaning duties to a high standard.

Required Skills And Experience

• Be professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful always whilst carrying out duties to the highest standard.
• One team approach.
• Take ownership of all situations to ensure tasks are completed or escalated when necessary.
• Able to stay motivated to achieve a high aim.
• Respect all staff and visitors within the shopping centre.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
