Band 4 £ 30,353 - £33,016 per annum

2026 Pay award – With effect from 01 April 2026, Pay will be £31,492 - £34,254 per annum

We have a number of permanent opportunities within our Estates Team, across various sites in Tayside, including Ninewells Hospital, Stracathro Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary.

We are looking to recruit experienced maintenance staff in Joinery, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing
. Please use your application form to detail the role that you are applying for and preferred location, along with a detailed account of your qualification, experience and skills and abilities to carry out the preferred trade.

We are also looking to support Apprentices to grow and develop within our existing teams. If this is a route you wish to apply under, please detail your level of knowledge and skills within your application form, for example state school leaver. This will allow us to develop a bespoke training package right for you.

Consideration will also be given to candidates who have suitable experience and/or the necessary qualifications for direct entry into technical level 3 (SCQF level
7) training programme.

Apprenticeship posts will be paid as a percentage of maximum of Pay Band 4 in accordance with Annex 21 paragraph 2 (ii) of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions in respect of Pay and Banding for trainees.

These roles require participation in an out of hours on call rota and the ability to travel across Tayside when required.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
